These terms cover kolbench.com as it exists today: a marketing page with a waitlist form. The product itself is not available yet. Separate terms will apply to it, and you will see them before you can use it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and gives you no claim to access, to a particular price, or to a launch date. We may close the waitlist or change the plan at any point.
Not financial advice
KOLBench is a tool for presenting trading activity that already happened. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Trading crypto assets can lose you all of your money.
What we do not do
We do not take part in paid token promotions and we take no cut of them. KOLBench is a tool, not a participant in what its users promote.
Liability
This page is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability is mandatory by law.
